Scenarios are generated using Anthropic Claude AI. While designed to be clinically realistic, content may contain inaccuracies. All scenarios should be reviewed by a qualified clinician before use in teaching.
4. Restrictions on Use
You must not: publish, distribute or reproduce generated scenarios publicly on the internet; share access credentials with unauthorised users; use scenarios for commercial purposes without written permission from PatchScript; or claim AI-generated content as your own original work.
5. Data and Privacy
PatchScript does not collect real patient data. Feedback ratings and comments you submit are stored securely and used solely to improve the service. No personally identifiable information is required to use this platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The PatchScript platform, interface, and underlying prompts are the intellectual property of PatchScript. Generated scenario content is licensed for your personal educational use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
PatchScript accepts no liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on generated content. Use of this platform is at your own risk.
8. Access
PatchScript reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
